Excellent Search for a Specific Car I called the dealership on a Thursday in December regarding a 2015 Mazda 6 they had in stock. Rob Giguerre had taken my call from St. Louis where we I called the dealership on a Thursday in December regarding a 2015 Mazda 6 they had in stock. Rob Giguerre had taken my call from St. Louis where we live, which is a 9 hour drive. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I called him back on Saturday to put in an offer for the car. Unfortunately, it was sold the night before, but I told Rob exactly what I was looking for. Rob went to work. I spoke with him 4-5 times over the next few weeks with some cars he found that met our match. We decided to keep looking, but so did Rob. Rob called me yesterday with a car that met our specifications perfectly. Unfortunately, we found one at another out of town dealership the day before, that we purchased. At the end of the day, I appreciate Rob's persistence and professionalism in looking for a car for us. Even though we did not buy from Morrie's, Rob was really working hard to find what we wanted. We had looked online and found several at Morries that we were interested in. Unfortunately both had sold before we had arrived. Our Sales rep Scott was very helpful and friendly and took all of our needs into consideration. He was able to find us a vehicle that fit our needs and our budget, Scott was there with us every step of the way and even came down to the DMV to help with some issues with an out of state title. Morries was very accommodating and helped us through every step of the process and in the end we didn't feel that we had been up sold or inconvenienced in any way. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in search of a new vehicle. The only cons I can list are more of a personal nature in that, due two having a cranky two year old who had been very patient with us for our 5 hour visit, we left the lot with a vehicle that was on 'E' for fuel. An easy over sight. The other was one of the high beams on the vehicle was out, but again. Cranky two year old It wasn't the first thing on my mind to check. All in all it was a good experience. One I wouldn't think twice about repeating. More
