Ripped Off Bought a used vehicle that was priced double the blue book value. Two days after taking it home, I had no working headlights. Now I have no power steering, no air conditioning, no rear window defroster, no window washer and I just put out a couple hundred bucks to replace a motor mount. I believe they were aware of the problems but didn't disclose these items on the window check off list. More

What impresses me about the service department they never recommend merely to "up sell" but based on need, and are willing to give timeline of when service should be done. They guys all have a sense of humor, are so willing to accommodate schedules, and often go the extra mile. The mechanics are through and so willing to explain any area I don't understand. I've recommended their service dept to my family and friends. More
