He was patient when I test drove multiple vehicles and couldn't make up my mind, and if anything on a vehicle wasn't up to his standards he made sure with the sales manager that it would be fixed before being sold. If I ever hear anyone say they're looking for a new car they'll be getting his contact info from me.
