Very helpful When I purchased a used vehicle from Morries, I had some concerns with the car. The most of which was I wanted a working key fob. Awesome Vehicle and Awesome Experience Frankly we weren't aggressively looking for a vehicle although Nariah knew we were in the general market if the right one came along. We were notified of the 2013 Land Rover/Range Rover the day it became available and while it piqued our interest was (naturally) a significant investment. Nariah took the time to test drive it with my wife including stopping by my work which would have been the only opportunity for me to test drive it. We loved it!!!! Nariah worked diligently with the other Morries personnel to ensure I got the best possible credit arrangement and did an exceptional job of crossing all of the t's and dotting the i's so our experience was painless!! Great job... I'm impressed. More
Quick Process, Great Value, Low Purchase Pressure! I was in need of a car fast and happened to look online to find that Morrie's had what I was looking for and at a good price. I went to look at the ca I was in need of a car fast and happened to look online to find that Morrie's had what I was looking for and at a good price. I went to look at the car in person and bumped into Chase Gustum. I mentioned to him that I might be in need of a car shortly, but he never threw tactics at me to rush. I told him I would be thinking about the car and hopefully get back to him soon. I called back the next day after a little more research and said I wanted the car. He was helpful in finding any info I wanted (previous owner, towing capacity, etc.). At the dealership, everyone was helpful in getting all of the paperwork done and helping me to get out the door as quick as possible. More

They were so busy I had to wait with my two kids to get my paper work done but that was ok. Chris was great with my kids. Kept them entertained. No pressure to buy from them or buy the warranty. They worked with me to get a loan that I could afford. Would I go back again? YES!! Sold me a lemon I bought a used 2005 Cadillac for about $10,000 from Morries in Chippewa Falls. After a few months I realized it was burning oil at a rate of 1 quart I bought a used 2005 Cadillac for about $10,000 from Morries in Chippewa Falls. After a few months I realized it was burning oil at a rate of 1 quart to every other tank of gas. I had to add 11 quarts between oil changes. The best Morrie's would offer is to fix it for me for an additional $2600. I don't think they knowingly sold me a bad car...but after making profit on my purchase and a LOT of profit on my trade-in, they certainly could have went further with their assistance. My impression: They decided to stick it to the little guy instead of doing the right thing. More
Wow!! Talk about setting the bar high First off, I would like to start out by saying Morrie's has tugged on my heart strings since the "60 Days of Giving" event. Hence, why I made it my choice to want to buy from them. I walked in the door with my game face on and ready for the typical salesperson routine, (you know what I am talking about...lol.) We were greeted by many, but Nariah Chapek was the first to invite us back to talk about what we were looking for. Believe me, I didn't make it easy on him. I had cars, prices, miles, accident reports, previous owners...& many other meaningful numbers all ready to discuss. We took a test drive on a vehicle in their lot...but nah, wasn't the right fit for our family & I really wanted a car from another state that was listed on Morrie's.com anyway. Nariah got the paperwork rolling & even told me he'd be the one going to get this vehicle himself for us. He promised to be honest & have our best interest in mind when he got there & would only bring it back if it met his approval. Well, long story short....it didn't turn out after many days of stress on us both. He finally called & apologized that this was just not going to work out, But he searched through all the vehicles matching all of the things I wanted from my previously mentioned long list, lol... and had us take a look at what he thought was our best option. And...it turned out to be the one I own today!! (That I am completely in love with!!) Believe me, Nariah didn't have it easy. But he never gave up, always talked to us like we had known him for years & absolutely had our best interest in mind from day 1 when we were perfect strangers. Honestly, He has set the bar for "car salesperson" pretty high for me...so hopefully when I am ready to buy again, he's still in the business of helping people find the vehicle they are looking for. Thank You Morrie's!! And most importantly...Thank You Nariah!! You Rock!! =) More
