Liked all salespeople, want to see how they follow through Enjoyable experience shopping for our MKZ at Morries. Austin was our salesman. James/Scott handled financing etc. Originally went there to look at an Mkz that was unsatisfactory to my wife. Austin showed us other vehicles that either did not interest us or were too expensive. Finally, we hit on one for sale at one of the other Morrie's dealerships. We made a deal, and Austin got the car for us. Had to wait a few days longer while they fixed some defects, but car was delivered as promised. We do have to go back for a few minor things to be repaired-so i'll reserve final judgement on the dealership until we see if they are fixed in a timely manner. All the people seemed 1st rate,polite & professional, and Austin really took great care and showed patience with us. More

I drove a couple of hours from Minnesota to this dealership looking for my new Mazda and it was so worth it. The gentleman the help me was Jake "state farm". He was outstanding. I have had bad experiences before in dealerships. Not this time. Jake was outstanding. Take the expected "make you feel welcome and special" out of the equation. This team specially Jake are not your average dealership and you will see that when you visit them. I will definitely will be recommending this dealership to friends and will continue to be a Morries customer. Make yourself a favor and shop here. You wont regret it ask dont forget to ask for "state farm". Oh and....I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!! More

Awesome experience again with "State Farm" I looked again for quite sometime and once again found exactly what I was looking for here at Morrie's. The used Ford F-150 XLT is just awesome. I don't think anyone else could have beat the price. Jake and company were very professional and easy to work with. And like another post I saw here, my vehicle was driven to my home 130 miles away! Complete waste of time! They cold called me said said they could get me into a new vehicle. Found a vehicle that we were interested in and filled out an online app. No prob They cold called me said said they could get me into a new vehicle. Found a vehicle that we were interested in and filled out an online app. No problem they said come on down! Made the two hour trip only to have them say they could not help us. Waste of $50.00 in gas and 8 hrs of my time. To top it off they keep calling to ask if we are still interested in the vehicle they cant sell us? More

Marvelous! The only negative thing I can say about Morrie's is that they didn't convince me the first time I went to find a car. I bought a car, somewhere else. Within a year, it was NOT what I wanted! I was browsing, and saw a wonderful little Mazda. I called; went there asap and went home with the car that is me. They gave me a wonderful trade-off and a price $2000 less than all the comps I could find. When I had an emergency problem fixed incorrectly somewhere else, Morrie's fixed it quickly and very reasonably. Though I live 90 minutes away, I will not go anywhere else. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the staff at Morrie's Mazda, especially Lor Over the weekend, I bought a Mercedes-Benz Convertible. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the staff at Morrie's Mazda, especially Loren Patten and James Waroff! The entire process, which can often be quite an extensive and long process, was surprisingly enjoyable and very expeditious. Loren took the time to answer all my questions and was an expert on the vehicle and made me feel very comfortable and not rushed or pressured, as other car salesmen often tend to do. Morrie's has several unique vehicles and they are very reasonably priced and the dealership also offers several perks such as free carwash/oil changes with every purchase. Thank you Loren, James, Bill and the rest of the staff at Morrie's who made this an experience I will not soon forget!! More
