He has made sure everything is good for me, the customer and that things go smoothly after the fact/sale; which is something you rarely get from a salesman in this day and age in my experience. He was very personable and kept things on a human level, almost like and old friend. That is a far cry from the normal car buying experience that almost feels adversarial often times. He took me on the test drive and was honest about all the various pros and cons of the vehicle I was looking at and some others. I bought it sight unseen and he drove it to my home over 190 miles away at no extra charge. The whole deal depended on his accuracy and could have fallen apart upon delivery, but it didn't. Their pricing was excellent and I would put it among the best ! Scott Wheeler handled all the paperwork on the phone before delivery and the process was as simple as it can get.
