The quanitity of sales driven focus was low to help me find a vehicle that would meet my needs. The team showed interest in what I cared to buy and inquired about my satisfaction. They have helped me get the financing I needed when no other dealership or lenders would and helped me build my credit. The only reason I would not give a 5 star rating is because the selection of vehicle availability is limited to what is on the lot. I am impressed that they have options to check out vehicles within other Morries locations increasing choice selection with MN locations. They have a fair selection to choose from at a great price. Thanks to my recent sales associate Chad and his patience, as well as flexability, today I have the pleasure of driving home and owning a luxurious Lexus RX 330. It has everything I was looking for and more. I appreciate his great attitude talking about the car, his excitement, but also the reliable facts he provided that checked out spot on with my own separate research. Seriously, if you're brave enough to shop here, use him. He was very helpful and very straight forward. THAT BEING SAID! I called asking about problems and they told me there were none. Online they said it was their middle service plan. However, when I got there it was in the lowest and had problems. Online they said it has cruise control. It did not but when I asked the manager about why the online listing said it did have cruise he responded, "it has cruise, it just doesn't work." He became very rude after this encounter. My trade in wasn't great, but he said he'd give me $600 and then said that he would easily sell it for over $2,000. I understand you have to make money, but give someone less than half? They want to be like carmax with their no haggle pricing, but don't seem to be honest about their cars. Seriously, if you go here, use him. He's straight forward. His boss is horrible, not him. More
