The guys at Morrie's Mazda are great and really take customer service seriously. We went to Morrie's Mazda and approached them about financing first. We don't have the best credit and wanted to see if something would work before we took a look at what they had. They came back with a yes and gave us a price range we were very comfortable with (that fit our original thoughts). They directed us to two vehicles that were in the middle of the price range and they never tried to stretch our budget. They were open to the cars that we wanted to look at as well, though, and never pushed us. We were able to test drive three vehicles with Jake ("State Farm") and the route that he took us on was stellar (bumpy country roads and the freeway). We were very impressed with Jake's customer service and his friendliness. He listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and he was very knowledgeable. After testing driving the vehicle we wanted, we were fairly confident we wanted to buy it, but decided to shop at a few other places before we made a decision. The next day, we were back at Morrie's ready to buy. We worked with Chris to thoroughly check out the vehicle (it was night by the time we got there and they pulled the vehicle inside under great lighting). Chris was a great guy who was knowledgeable and friendly. After we made our decision, we worked with James to figure out the range of what we could put as a down payment and the financing options. He listened to the financial position we were in and worked with the banks to get us what we wanted (and he was upfront that some of our options were long shots because of credit). We got the financing we wanted, however, and signed the final paperwork with Loren—who was also a great customer service representative. All in all, we walked away with a great car, loving Morrie's Mazda. We would HIGHLY recommend it. A+! More

As has been our experience in the past, Morries rakes at the top of our car buying experience. Scott Feldhausen is professional, personable and knowledgeable. I can say Scott has been the best car sales representative we have dealt with. Clearly he is a people person and has a genuine approach when talking with us. Scott is knowledgeable regarding the product line and clearly explained the functions of our vehicle. We will recommend this dealership and specifically Scott to our friends for any future car purchases. My fiancé and I were looking to replace our unreliable car with something more dependable. Melissa, whom we talked with over the phone, set us up with our salesman. During our test drive, if he didn't know an answer, he would let us know that he was unsure and would not make up an answer. After our test drive, we talked about the pros and cons of each vehicle. He walked us through signing up for insurance, and even took a photo of us with our new car. Once we finished with that, Loren took care of our financing paperwork with us. My experience at Morrie's was fantastic. I was so nervous about purchasing a new vehicle. I had been driving my very used car for the past 7 years and was not sure if I was ready to let it go. At that time, I just wasn't ready, and Scott was so gracious, he said he would keep an eye out for something for me, and would keep in contact for when I felt more comfortable with a purchase. So when I came in the next time, Scott was right there to help. Jacob Nelson took care of my test drive and sale. He even helped me get an insurance quote for the new vehicle. Scott Wheeler assisted me with my financing. He thoroughly explained all the paperwork and available warranty and resale assistance programs. I left the dealership feeling very happy and confident with my purchase. I certainly got a great value. The overall friendliness of everyone as soon as you pull in to the lot was wonderful , Jake was great at answering any questions we had on the vehicle ,and helped to kill the time for our 9 year old daughte in to the lot was wonderful , Jake was great at answering any questions we had on the vehicle ,and helped to kill the time for our 9 year old daughter with engaging her into conversations as well, while we waited on paperwork. Our experience with Morrie's was really great. Jake was really friendly and didn't pressure us at all. He found a couple of cars online that fit the profile we were looking for. We went outside and loo was really friendly and didn't pressure us at all. He found a couple of cars online that fit the profile we were looking for. We went outside and looked at about 5 cars and picked two out that we liked the best. He told us all the good and the bad about each one and didn't leave anything out. He is a really genuine guy and we enjoyed spending the entire afternoon with him. We were looking at and test driving cars for four hours and the entire time he was helpful and friendly. He kept us engaged in conversation even after we chose the car, while the paperwork was being prepared. He didn't rush us or pressure AT ALL. We like Jake. This was the first car that I bought and James and Loren were really helpful. They were really straight about the financing and made it easy to understand what I was signing. We will buy from Morrie's in the future and recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. :) More
