Contacted numerous times prior to driving down only to be told that its no longer available..........absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone and i would not by a vehicle from them even if it was the last resort.......i would rather walk! Thank you for a waste of time and money! More

Lies and Bad Experience We purchased our Nissan SUV with high hopes at Morries Mazda in Chippewa Falls, WI. We had a great first experience but once the SUV was sold to us wi We purchased our Nissan SUV with high hopes at Morries Mazda in Chippewa Falls, WI. We had a great first experience but once the SUV was sold to us with the premium warranty everything went downhill very quickly. It has been in the shop to fix the transmission multiple times, oil leaks, new valves, brakes squeak, transmission needed reprogramming again, etc. with well over $6,000 in repairs so far and adding up more today with it in the shop yet again. It's left us stranded many times and had to get towed which by the way is only covered for a few miles and a rental car that was supposed to be covered is only covered once they find the time to figure out what's wrong with the vehicle, call the insurance agent and when he finds time to drive your vehicle a week later you may or may not get a loaner or rental car for a few days. What a sham!! Morries Mazda offered to buy our vehicle for over $6,000 less than what we paid and we are out the $3,000 for the warranty after 6 months of owning the vehicle. I warn everyone to stay away from this dealership. Nothing but lies. Be very careful. More

Charles stayed late so we could look online at cars similar to the one we test drove. After we found the right vehicle, Charles made the arrangements to have that car transported to the dealership so my wife and I could take it for a test drive. The car was great and we purchased it. We clicked the button on the website asking for more information and we were contacted first thing Monday morning. Our salesperson, Adam Jaisle was very helpful in every aspect of the sale. First, because Adam understood that we were driving 3 hours to view and test drive this truck, he offered to make us a personalized video of areas of the truck that couldn't be seen in the online photos such as the under carriage & exhaust system of the truck, with close-ups of tires, brake pads & rotors as well as the engine while running and interior corners too! This was very helpful in making our decision to drive the distance for a closer look and feel. Then Adam was very instrumental in setting us up with financing with the dealership as our home bank was running slow on putting together our previously approved financing. The speed of all transactions in this purchase was very impressive to my wife and I. Morries has a policy of getting you in your new vehicle and out the door in short order and they did not fail. Adam is very knowledgeable in car sales and served us with excellence! Thank you Morries and Adam for a pleasant truck purchase experience. Buy Happy!! :) More
Disappointed We bought a used truck there and we drove 1.5 hours to buy it. When we got the truck home, we found out the truck's back window leaked severely. Not only did they not tell us this, but they would only fix it if we took it back up there. We had a glass specialist in our area look at it, yet Morrie's wouldn't reimburse us to fix it here where we live. This is unacceptable. The truck also did not come with all the tire changing equipment like they said it did. More

After haciha the vehicle less than 40 days the transmission is out- which I highly suspect the people I spoke with knew about ahead of time. When I went in to talk about the issue I was told it's used and cheap, and I should have expected it. I would definitely never buy anything from them if I knew it was going to go like this. More
