I drove 2 hours away yesterday to Chippewa Falls to look at a Dodge Durango. The staff was great and the help I recived from Jess by far made my buying experiance more than i could have hoped for. I was in the market for a reasonably priced used car in hurry. I called ahead and made an appointment to see the vehicle I was interested in and Austin had the car washed and warmed when we arrived. The Morrie's team has a fantastic little route set-up for test drives that includes good corners, an uphill climb and mix of highway and city driving. Austin was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer directly or get answers to all the questions I had. He was also wonderful about getting us coffee and making conversation while we waited for the paperwork to complete. I purchased an additional rust protectant (given the Minnesota winters) and when I told Austin we would actually be picking the vehicle up the next day he put my car in for the application first thing the following morning. When we arrived on pick-up day, everything was done as promised on a quick timetable and the car was completely ready to go. Loren helped us through all the paperwork and was attentive and courteous, even though the dealership was busy with shoppers. Loren made sure we had no issues buying the vehicle "across state lines" and we were in and out with all the paperwork in less than an hour. I paid a little more than I had wanted for the vehicle, especially after opting for the additional rust protectant, but given the dealership's no hassle/no haggle policy and their fantastic turn-around in getting the protectant installed next day, I can't complain about the final sticker price. I would definitely go see these guys again. More

Although there were no vechicles in the same category, James found one that was desirable, but priced higher than we bugeted. My husband was quite happy with the upgraded 'replacement' vehicle; we agreed and purchased it. The entire staff was warm and hospitable; engaging us in conversation and inquires regarding our hometown. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who feels they do not want to be pressured, and I truly felt we were regarded as valued consumers. James and the other salespersons were fabulous. More
