My wife and I came in on a Saturday night an hour before closing and wanted to drive a couple different vehicles and Austin made us feel welcome and didnt try to rush us out of the store. We ended up buying that night because Austin stayed late to help us make a decision on which vehicle best fit our family. James, their finance guy also stayed late so we could fill out the paperwork, and Nate took our vehicle for a ride to value our trade in. Everyone put forth the extra effort despite the fact that it was after closing. They all were very accomodating and took care of everything, even swapping our plates. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had yet. (and we've had several bad ones) More
