When I met with him, he showed me 3 cars that were comparable to the Accord, which I had test drove at another dealership. He also showed me a couple cars on the lot that were cheaper than the Accord, but still good cars that met my criteria. It made me feel like I had less pressure and that the decision was ultimately mine as it should be. More

The sa Be sure to review them at the BBB Wisconsin...... Morrie's Chippewa Falls Mazda was hands-down the worst car-buying experience of my life. The sales process was easy and quick, and then the problems started as soon as I drove off the lot. The car was riddled with serious mechanical issues and electrical problems. Bent half-shaft, rims that wouldn't hold air, ABS issues, Etc. Morrie's supposedly has a rigorous 120 point inspection for there used cars. Beware of this sales gimmick. I am convinced that it merely consists of pen and paper and little else. Only one item was disclosed as inoperable on the inspection. I had to bring the car back 5 times to get it in reliable, useful condition. Watch for low-quality paint/refurbish repairs too. They pulled a little trick with my car to conceal a rust bubble by adding another badge to the trunk lid. Very classy. Customer service: Sub-Par, period. I was continuously ignored by the sales staff, including the sales manager, and I only started to get results when I escalated my dissatisfaction to the general manager. Even then it was difficult as he was pushing this back to the people that were not helping me. My suffering went on for ten weeks until there was a resolution. Morrie's succeeded in selling me a car, but they failed in keeping me as a customer. I got rid of this car as soon as I could and bought a car from a reputable dealership. Save yourself a headache and find what you are looking for elsewhere. My ultimate recommendation: Do not consider a used vehicle from this location. More

Slow Service!! Overall experience with the staff was great at first. All the staff we worked with were very nice and knowledgable. We were unable to take the car right away because it needed to be serviced, something that their service staff would be getting done "right away". On Saturday they told us it would be done Tuesday. Come Tuesday it would be ready Wednesday. On Wednesday it would be done "soon". Now we don't know when it will be done. Morrie's doesn't seem concerned with getting the customer what they want at a reasonable time, and when they say they will. We are very disappointed with the outcome after spending approximately 4 hours at the dealership to begin with. Sense of urgency to service the vehicle is absent. More

The whole process took about 3 hours, but I think that's average for a busy Saturday. Overall, I would definitely recommend Morrie's & Sarah to anyone who asked! The price of the vehicle was the lowest in a 50 mile radius and has many many extras that our family will enjoy for many years. Looking forward to checking here the next time we are in the market for a vehicle! More

Love my hard to find Volvo XC70!! Thanks Dan Sonsalla! We bought our Volvo XC70 back on June 2, 2014 from Dan Sonsalla. We seen the Volvo on the Morries website and decided to drive the 100+ miles to Chip We bought our Volvo XC70 back on June 2, 2014 from Dan Sonsalla. We seen the Volvo on the Morries website and decided to drive the 100+ miles to Chippewa Falls to look at the car. From the moment we met Dan he was a very friendly, knowledgable salesperson. It also helped that he was from the same part of Wisconsin as we were and we swapped stories about Trempealeau and La Crosse. He went along on the test drive and pointed out what was working properly with the car and also pointed out what needed attention with honesty. I have never had a salesperson actually tell me what needed to be repaired in the future with a used car, how refreshing!!!! We went back to the dealership and worked on the paperwork. We left with the Volvo within 2 hours of arriving and were blown away with how fast the process was. We have had the car for 6 weeks now and it is driving perfectly and we LOVE the car and we will definitely work with Morries and Dan in the future! More

This is our second vehicle we have gotten from morries we traded in our jeep compass that we had purchased from morries 3 years ago. We worked with josh roff he was very helpful we had a couple vehicles in mind so he pulled them up side by side so we could compare them and gave his honest opinion of what he thought would be the best fit for our family. During all the paperwork we got to know josh a little better and we shared stories of family and life experiences. Overall we had a very good experience working with morries and will probably return when we find a new vehicle for my wife. More
