I came to the lot looking for a car. I had NO idea what to look for. My family and I were helped right away by Chris. He was so helpful throughout the whole process. In the end, we took a test drive in a Pontiac G6, which I fell in love with. Chris was very friendly and definitely not afraid to talk about life with my sister and I. We had an amazing time. When going to do the paperwork, Chris was even nice enough to order us all a pizza while we waited. Overall, I think Chris was amazingly helpful and nice. Even though he was professional, he still maintained a friendly atmosphere. He is a really nice, polite, and funny guy who isn't afraid to be honest. He definitely made my experience a great one! I went to Morrie's Mazda because they had the vehicle I was looking for. After arriving on the lot, I was immediately helped by Christopher. I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive. I could not believe how friendly the entire staff was, especially Christopher. They gave me a great deal on the vehicle that I wanted. I was able to trade in my grand prix for a jeep wrangler. They thoroughly answered all the questions I had, and gave me a tour of the facility. The best part is the free car washes and three years of free oil changes! I would definitely return to Morrie's Mazda! More

Adam was really helpfull throughout the whole sales process. For example, I needed to sell my F150 before I purchased a vehicle from Morries and the buyer had some concerns with the Carfax. My experience at Morries Mazda was a nightmare. Dealing with Nate Rivers just added to the nightmare. The truck I purchased from Morries had 3 things wrong with it. It took Morries 7 days to get the truck with Nate Rivers just added to the nightmare. The truck I purchased from Morries had 3 things wrong with it. It took Morries 7 days to get the truck back to me. I just just got home from overseas. I have no idea if they have something against service members but it certainly appears that way. No respect given to me at anytime. The rating is all very bad in every catagory because they are not accomodating in anyway possible. They took one week of my life away right after a deployment and did absolutely nothing to compensate me for the time wasted. I suggest not dealing with Morries. Stay away from Nate Rivers - by far the worst used car manager in the chippewa valley. More
