My brothers have been trying to get me to buy an AWD vehicle for a long time because they know how much I worry about driving in the winter - but at the same time I didn't want to give up the Saturn sed vehicle for a long time because they know how much I worry about driving in the winter - but at the same time I didn't want to give up the Saturn sedan I've been driving. After last winter it was clear they were right - so I came to Morrie's looking for a second car that I could use in the winter. Scott Feldhausen greeted me as soon as I walked in the door - he was easy to talk to, friendly, and really listened to me when I told him what I was looking for. Because I've never owned a truck or SUV before I was basically a blank slate: knew what I wanted (all wheel drive) and how I would use the vehicle - but didn't know the specifics of what I would need or what would work best for me. He explained the difference between AWD and 4x4 and helped me understand what an SUV was all about. He was totally cool as I test drove SEVERAL vehicles trying to find the right one - some were too big and high off the ground (they felt like too much truck), some were too small and didn't give me that confident feeling I was looking for. He called me the next day and said "I've got your next vehicle". I went in and there it was - a beautiful Saturn VUE! Scott was right - it has everything I was looking and then some. It's AWD but sporty too, not too high off the ground and doesn't feel like too much truck and it's a Saturn - which I love. When I picked up my VUE Scott had even set the clock and pre-set the radio to my favorite station. I thought when they went out of business that it was the end of truly personal service - thank goodness I was wrong. A lot of times women feel insecure about the car buying process, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Morrie's again and feel confident recommending them to friends. They give their vehicles an extremely thorough check before it goes out on the lot. Even when it came to the final paperwork - Mack was friendly, helpful, and explained everything about the paperwork in a way that made sense. As I drove home with my new VUE I actually found myself sitting at a stop-light with a big goofy grin on my face - I really DID "Buy Happy" at Morrie's. I'd also like to say that I think it's pretty cool that Morrie's has hired (at least two) veterans. Scott just got home from Afghanistan. Thanks to Morrie's for supporting our troops. More
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted as I exited my vehicle and was asked how they could help. Scott Feldhausen was AMAZING to work with. James Stabe, a new-car manager, helped out spelling out terms and trade-in values as well. When signing the paperwork, Nate Rich, the finanace manager, spelled out everything and put it in black and white. I never thought buying a car could be so FUN! Upon receiving the vehilce, they went over every feature, let me know about the Buy Happy Promises and maybe the best part... a FULL TANK OF GAS! More

Representative assisting was very thorough and devoted a lot of time making sure that I found a vehicle that was right for me and my needs. He was very courteous and made me feel very welcome. I appreciate Morrie's Buy Happy car care program and the free oil changes we've experienced since we've owned our CX-9. We put a LOT of miles on this vehicle and mentioned to Ryan Riste (head of service) th free oil changes we've experienced since we've owned our CX-9. We put a LOT of miles on this vehicle and mentioned to Ryan Riste (head of service) that we'd like to switch over to synthetic motor oil to extend the life of our CX-9 for the long haul. Realizing that this is a much more expensive oil, Ryan still helped work out a reasonable price discount as a part of this "Buy Happy" program for us. We love our CX-9 and the relationship we've built up with service team at Morrie's over the years. A special "thank you" goes out to guys in the shop, the technicians/mechanics who never really seem to get much credit for their work behind the scenes. Yea, it's "just an oil change" but I always get the feeling like they've been working on their own car and genuinely care about us and our vehicle. You guys are all part of the reason we keep coming back to Morries for our Mazda vehicles and service. To say we're sold on the Mazda brand would be putting it lightly. Since our first Mazda GLC purchase way back in 1983, we've owned 15 Mazda's. We currently own four Mazda's including our 2009 CX-9 (purchased new at Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda). I can't recommend this dealership enough. Being an owner of two Mazda RX-7's (1980 and 1994), I'd also like to thank you for bringing Jeff aboard as an authorized Mazda rotary mechanic. Not only is he a good salesman and he knows what he's talking about, but he takes the time to get to know you. That is how every person I've dealt with at Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda has been. They're not the classic car dealer with the cheesey lines, and the high pressure sales tricks. They are just a bunch of people who want you to be happy with the car you buy. They also have a nice selection of used vehicles, at decent prices. I also really appreciate the oil changes I get with my car, because the servicemen take time to explain to you what they did. Overall I feel that Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda is a phenomenal dealership, and I plan on going there next time I'm in the car buying market. More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Morrie's Mazda in Chippewa Falls and was blown away by the attentiveness and lengths they went through to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I purchased my vehicle on Labor Day when the dealership was supposed to close at 5 pm. But, by the time everything was said and done, I didn't leave until 6:30pm. I drove myself to the dealership, so I needed help getting my other car home; so Chris drove my car old car home while I drove the new one! Everyone went out of their way to make the environment friendly and relaxing. I will definitely look to buy another vehicle there some day. More
Morrie's was very accomodating in answering my emails and calls, setting up a time to come in, and getting my SUV ready to come home with me. Before I bought it, I wanted to make sure the rear windows went down completely and the sales associate walked out to the car while on the phone with me to make sure the windows went down all the way. I also absolutely love the free oil changes and car washes! When I go to the dealer for this service, they are very nice and treat me as if I'm their only customer! I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
