We drove 150 miles to purchase a vehicle we saw online. When we got there at 11:00am, we were told it had just been sold. Oh, boy - what a disappointment. Although there were no vechicles in the same category, James found one that was desirable, but priced higher than we bugeted. My husband was quite happy with the upgraded 'replacement' vehicle; we agreed and purchased it. The entire staff was warm and hospitable; engaging us in conversation and inquires regarding our hometown. The tremendous customer service offered by all we came in contact with, made the car buying experience one we will rave about forever. Todd Murray, the general manager, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and even printed pictures of princesses to keep our daughter entertained while we shopped. Our sales rep, Chris Dunn, was so gracious and patient with us as we test drove multiple vehicles in sub-zero temperatures. He was incredibly knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. Loren Patten, the finance manager, really went out of his way to find us the best financing, despite our less-than-perfect credit history. It is obvious based on their dedication to customer service, coupled with their "buy happy" guaranty that they really do care about their customers. Overall, it was such a magnificent experience, that we ended up taking two cars home with us that day. I came in to look at a used vehicle and Chris helped me earlier in the day to test drive it. My husband and I came back that evening and Adam Olmstead helped us with the same vehicle.
