From beginning to the end of the car buying process I feel this was a great experience. David, in Finance, made the process so easy filling out all the paperwork and answering all our questions to add our warranty and even made the process fun. Big shout out to the managers James(used) and Scott (Sales Manager)for giving us what we needed for our trade that felt fair and also popping in along the way make sure everything was going smoothly. We did notice something about the car and Sam and James got to the bottom of the issue and solved it fast which allowed us to come in when my wife and I's schedule aligned to purchase the car. We even met with Jim, the general manager, and couldn't give enough positive feedback about the process. We are going to love our "new to us" GMC, and will start at Auffenberg Ford Washington for our next car buying purchase. More
