Went in to buy a car listed as certified used posted on the internet. After test drive I was concerned about transmission and asked them to look it over. Signed all the paperwork and the car was considered the internet. After test drive I was concerned about transmission and asked them to look it over. Signed all the paperwork and the car was considered purchased. After 3 hours, they informed me that the transmission is shot and needs rebuilt. They offered to do the work and sell the the car I just signed for for $1000 dollars more, and refused to honor the price I just signed for. Later than night a friend called on the same car; they said it was for sale for the same price as before, in as is condition(not certified). They did not mention the transmission problem at all, and clearly are just fine selling a lemon car. This experience as confirmed the used car man stereotype and confirms why you should never buy used from a dealer. More

We were on the hunt for a specific vehicle for my 16 year old son and had contacted the dealership directly about a car they had advertised on their lot. We had looked at number of cars by this time and my son really liked the vehicle we drove. We were a little hung up on the price as the prior dealership had given us a rock bottom deal as we told them we were going to look at one more vehicle that was advertised and make a decision. They were also earnest in trying to keep us at their dealership, but the price persuasion won out and we ended up at Christopher Dodge World. We told them where we needed to be financially and they accommodated us very pleasantly. One more thing that was very appreciated was that I had already arranged financing with my bank and their finance guy was able to get a substantially better deal for financing, which was a huge and pleasant surprise. It was a very speedy transaction and my son is extremely happy with his new vehicle! More

What a fabulous experience! Our salesman Mark was awesome! While our paper work was being worked on we were treated to lunch by the nicest and very pretty lunch lady!! I have never heard of a car dealership serving lunch to their customers! We were in awe with what she served us, Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatos, Vegetable, Salad, and dessert to die for. The most impressive was when I couldn't finish my meal she wrapped it up and sent us on our way to enjoy our new Dodge! We will highly recommend Christopher Dodge not only for the fair deal we received but for the classy way we were treated with lunch. My daughter will turn 16 this year and we will be back to purchase her new truck. Thank You Christopher Dodge!! More
