In a way, I was a "returning" customer. A few months back, I accompanied my son to look at pickup trucks. He was home on leave after having returned from a deployment with the Army, and we had go months back, I accompanied my son to look at pickup trucks. He was home on leave after having returned from a deployment with the Army, and we had gone to Christopher Dodge to look at new Dodge pickups. The treatment he received was nothing but excellent. Although the new truck he wanted was out of his reach, the sales team worked with him for 3 days getting him into a 2009 model truck at a great price and financing to fit his budget. I was immensely impressed with the service he got. And he's really thrilled with his "new" ride. So now, when my wife and I got to talking about wanting to get something AWD or 4WD to get up to the hills for skiing, the first place I knew to look was at the Christopher Dodge inventory on their website. We saw a 2011 "Redline Pearl" Durango that really caught our eye. I called and spoke to Buzz on Wednesday and asked a few questions and got very good answers. Went down Thursday and looked it over and took it out to "get it up on 2 wheels" as Buzz put it. Went back and we threw around some numbers as far as my budget and financing possibilities. Got a few numbers, and came home to talk to my wife. Buzz called back about 2 hours later with better financing. Took my wife down on Friday Morning and let her see, touch and feel the car. While she and I talked about it, there was NO pressure at all and Buzz even helped to entertain our 3 year old granddaughter. I even more impressed with the service and patience we were shown through the whole process. Not only will I recommend Buzz and Christopher Dodge, but I would not hesitate to go back there. More
