I bought a brand new 2011 Charger. The overall experience was rather painless and good with very low pressure tactics to get me to buy the car. Doug was a good guy and to the point. He did not try and give me all kinds of information that I already knew about the car that I researched very well on before I even drove it. The down side to the deal is that once it was done I had to chase down people to find out what was going on with the car. Waited then waited some more just to find out that I needed to wait some more. I came back later to pick up the car and the detail on it was very bad. The windows were streaked, the door jams were all dirty as well as the roof. All four wheels still had like a tacky sticker portion on them. Bottom line the detail on it stunk. For a brand new car sale I'd expect much, much better. This was nothing at all like my Mercedes dealer did back when I had a Mercedes. To buy a car ther I would recommend the place. As far as getting it cleaned up after a sale or service, I would not at all recomemnd it. More

We origionally called Christopher Dodge World on Thursday Nov. 3, 2011 and talked with Scotty Antos and asked him a lot of questions and told him our questions and concerns with purchasing a vehicle. He was more then willing to answer or find the answer to any question we had. After talking with him we felt more than comfortable to make and appointment and come in to speak with him. He was very helpful in scheduling an appointment that worked best for us. After sitting down in person with him we are very sastified that he was a very honest and straight forward person. He genuinly cared about us and the vehicle he was putting us in. We did not feel like just another sale. He worked very hard to get us into a car with a price that fit into our budget. In the future when we are ready to purchase another vehicle we will not hesitate to call him up. I would also refer any of our friends or family to him. More

Scotty and the management KEPT THEIR WORD and I purchased the car. Several days after driving the car off the lot, I discovered that the CD player did not work. IT WAS REPLACED by a tech who came to my home to install the new player. Scotty supported me during the sales process and through the CD replacement with my best interests in mind. I would not reccommend this dealership to anyone, they have a very bad reputation. They falsifed my contract which in turn caused my financing to default. They are no refusing to refund me my down payment have a very bad reputation. They falsifed my contract which in turn caused my financing to default. They are no refusing to refund me my down payment, which by law they have to if the deal does not go through. They are trying to hold me to an abatemnet contract which is not valid. My whole experience with this dealership was not very nice. No one is friendly and courteous. My salesman Damien was very confrontational when he lied to me about my contract and I asked him to clarify it, Bob offered to pay me 200.00 if I would just agree to what he told the finance company regarding the vehicles upgrades, upgrade the vehicle did not even have. I am ashamed to say I even attempted to do business there without researching them first. They have a horrible reputation. I would warn anyone to be careful and proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. More
