Sales staff, particularly Don Patterson, were very customer-friendly, helpful and accomodating. I actually went in for an oil change on my 2009 car with no intention to buy a new vehicle and left with customer-friendly, helpful and accomodating. I actually went in for an oil change on my 2009 car with no intention to buy a new vehicle and left with a new 2011 car! I had been looking around for about 25 minutes at some new vehicles while waiting on the oil change when Don approached asking if he could help me. We talked in general about the 2011's features and so forth, but he really made the sale when he asked if I wanted to drive the new model. Everyone was helpful but Don was the first salesperson to approach me after I had been looking around for quite a while. The sales manager, Adam, was also accomodating in giving me a good price for the trade-in of my 2009 vehicle. Dealing with Christopher's has always been a pleasant experience for me. More

However, Scotty told us that he was taking over the deal, and he came back with an AMAZING offer. Before we knew it, we were taking a test drive, and signing on the dotted line. We came in with two children under 3 years old and Don worked patiently with us on trading in our journey and getting us a new grand caravan. After much indecisiveness on our part, Don made sure that I was getting all of the features in the caravan that I really wanted and he went above and beyond to find a car color that I preferred. He never pressured us to be quick with any decisions, but he really took the time to listen to us and show me features in a caravan to help me make my decision. As for price, he helped us get a great trade in price for our journey and worked with us on meeting a price/payment plan comparable to what we were paying before.
