The service engine soon light was on and the radio faceplate was missing, both of these things were to be corrected and, more or less, were. The SES light was put out and the vehicle's emissions were tested the day of purchase. Two days later, however, the light was back on (though no problems are apparent). The radio faceplate was missing and could not be found, so, at Chistophers Dodge's expense, a new radio was delivered and installed within 48 hours. Overall, we were happy. More

We had purchased another truck from a different dealer 3 years ago and now needed a bigger truck for what we wanted to do. This was a much different experience from when we bought our smaller truck 3 years ago and I came to Christopher's Dodge World warry of going to a dealership. But after our experience I would reccommend them to any of my friends and family. I also used to be very nervous about purchasing an extended warrenty from a dealership but Kyle also worked hard to make sure that we had the coverage we needed (gap insurance and bumper to bumper) without breaking the bank. We now have piece of mind and will be using Christopher's Dodge World to service our vehichle as well. Overall, we drove away feeling great about our purchase and though we had made some new friends! Rare these days! When it comes time for me to trade in the little car I have (our 2nd vehicle)I will be going straight to Christopher's Dodge World to choose from their large inventory and work with their friendly staff! Based on our visit to the dealership one year ago, I thought we would not be going back to them. I was happy to hear that the salesman we dealt with then did not work there anymore. First of all i wanted tosay thank you to Darrin and the whole Christopher Dodge World staff in Golden, Colorado for helping me get my first truck. The process was very easy ans painless . Second of all within three days of buying the truck i had some issues with the truck and Christopher Dodge World said no problem bring the truck in and we will fix it and they heald to their word. Honestly they didnt have to do a single thing for me but they took the extra customer service step and helped me out. Not only will I personally go back their for anything parts, service, or a new vehical but i will recomend all of my friends and family to at least start here.
