The customer service was great. I visited the shop because I accidentally hit a tire along I95 and a bar from the bottom on my vehicle went loose which makes my transport unsafe. Michelle accommodated me well although it was a unscheduled visit and tried to have it done that day before holiday strikes. It was a busy day for them too before 4th of July and their mechanic is packed up. She's so amazing and efficient. Thanks to the shuttle service with Victor and Deanna that is so warm every time I visit the place. Great job Brunswick team! More
Stopped in for a simple oil change at 3pm on a Monday. Employees standing around but service woman said they don’t have time to do an oil change today. Military story here, I bought a 2015 jeep wrangler with a 6-inch crack in the windshield driver side area. It was put in writing that they would replace the windshield at a later date that was covenant for m 6-inch crack in the windshield driver side area. On arrival back to the states i was able to gain contact with the store director and he promptly took care of my issue. me and matt worked on a solution that best fit my schedule and i can personally say that their customer service sets the standards for dealers across the GA area. Was sold a car without a clean title without our knowledge. After calling for almost 5 months so we could get a tag we finally found out why we could never get a tag. While in possession of the car knowledge. After calling for almost 5 months so we could get a tag we finally found out why we could never get a tag. While in possession of the car the transmission went out and the dealership said it was on us. The costs was $5200 plus the tow. They finally said they would take the car back but that we were out over $5K and was told we were crazy for fixing the transmission. They now have the car back with a brand new transmission that they will sell and we are out the $. The sales manager Jay Fredrickson was beyond disgusting. We called for months and his response was why didn't we drive there for help? Stay away from here at all costs. Poor customer service. Their service department is about a poor as they come. Took my jeep in for a recall in December. Called 1st to see if all the parts where in and was told yes. Guess what they weren't and didn't call to say it was done with what they could do til we called 8 hrs later. Was Called last week and told the part finally came in and made an appointment for 3:30 today. Got there early and was told they don't do appointments after 1 for that stuff before even looking to see if I had one. Well their people scheduled it. I won't use them again and my jeep still has a recall to get fixed now. I will go to another jeep dealer that is decent More
