I bought my NEW 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x2 from Stephanie (Online Sales), Tyler Gearheart (Salesman), Darryl Davis (Sales Director) & Kevin Brooks (Finance Manager) at Step One Auto (CJDR) in Brunswick, GA o (Online Sales), Tyler Gearheart (Salesman), Darryl Davis (Sales Director) & Kevin Brooks (Finance Manager) at Step One Auto (CJDR) in Brunswick, GA on 1/14/2022. This Step One Location was the nicest, most upfront, and honest CJDR Dealer I have had the pleasure of working with so far! If you are in the Coastal GA, North FL areas... Don't waste your time anywhere else like me... Stop in to see Tyler & Kevin. I hope they do right by you, like they did me! Just do your RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO TO ANY DEALER!!! I will be taking all my future business here as long as they continue to do right by me... and telling everyone else to do the same. Background if you want it.... I live in Savannah, GA were Step One Auto has (2) locations and many, many more vehicles to choose from. But Stephanie and Darryl were awesome and were able to at least meet me on my terms and it didn't require me pulling out all my hair to get a straight answer from them. For the most part, I felt like they were honest and upfront with me which led to them earning my business over both Savannah Locations. To be honest I came to them hot and heavy after my dealings in Savannah. They understood my situation and tried to come to a reasonable deal. After working most of the deal details over the phone, etc. I drove the 1 hr. one-way to see the truck and finalize the deal. They did not try to pull my chain, lie to me, change any part of the deal, or hold any bad blood towards me for my initial hot headed-ness. Tyler and I reviewed the truck, gathered all info, and got me into see Kevin. Kevin found an even better APR for the deal with no points. He was SUPER HONEST, disclosed my honest financial information to me without acting like it was Top Secret Intel... made me feel like my opinion on my financial decision was heard and mattered. I cannot say the same for any other Step One Locations I have unfortunately worked with before. This Brunswick Location saved Step One Auto in my eyes, as I was very much willing to go pay higher prices at other Dealer Groups just so Step One wasn't getting my money. I drove my 1hr ride back to Savannah, pass the other Step One Locations and will not look back at them again. More

They replaced the crank seal and it didnt fix the leak. I brought them the truck again and they tried again but didnt fix the leak. This is the 3rd time my truck has been to this dealer for the same leak. I was told a price to fix it which was very high. They said it was not under warranty. I called ram warranty and they said it was covered. The dealer told me to pick the truck up and they would call when they had time to work on it. That was weeks ago why is it so hard to have warranty work done to a vehicle that was bought new. If I would have paid what they were asking my truck would be fixed already. I will leave another review after my truck has been worked on for the third time. More
The service department at this dealership needs to be replaced starting with the service manager. I purchased a 2021 jeep grand Cherokee and a 2020 Ram 1500, the jeep have issues with the touch screen a replaced starting with the service manager. I purchased a 2021 jeep grand Cherokee and a 2020 Ram 1500, the jeep have issues with the touch screen and looses signal to the point the screen is totally blank with no sound for 10-20 minutes. The Ram has an issue where the gas lid get stuck and i have to use a knife or screw driver to open it. every time i call the dealership they have an excuse as to why they cannot do the work, from they do not have enough employees to staff service to ,"the entire service team is out with COVID" they repeatedly cancel your appointments without notification and then they act surprised and offended when you get upset about their lack of respect and customer service. I told the employee that the dealership not having enough employees was their problem not the paying customer, and she told me that maybe I can go out and find people to come to work there which I think is crazy that she would say that. Never had any issues with the sales or finance department but the service department need to be retrained. i know this is the only Jeep/Ram/Chrysler dealership in brunswick and maybe that's why the get away with such poor customer service. The manager told me that they would never service my vehicles because i was never happy, but here is a new concept, if you treat customers right and offer great service, customers will be happy. i just asked for my keys and left, i would rather drive to Jacksonville for service. Had my car “fixed” same issue 2 days later, told the dealership would eventually look at the car would take 4-5 days before they could get to the car. Tried following up with service never return calls dealership would eventually look at the car would take 4-5 days before they could get to the car. Tried following up with service never return calls & claim they cannot access voicemails. Tried to speak to a supervisor of some sort whom never answers the phone and does not return phone calls as well. If you have any issue with your vehicle do not I repeat do not go to the Dodge dealership in Brunswick,GA it will never be fixed and the customer service is the worst service I have ever received in my life. It all started with a recall fix for the "death wobble" 10/2019. After the recall fix was completed, I experienced the actual death wobble in real life on the freeway 09/2020. At the 2nd visit for this, I 10/2019. After the recall fix was completed, I experienced the actual death wobble in real life on the freeway 09/2020. At the 2nd visit for this, I was told the part was on back order but that "your jeep is safe to drive around town, just don't take it on the freeway or drive over 45." After verbalizing my dissatisfaction with this answer, they did find the part and had it fixed in about 2 weeks. Fast forward to July 2021. My jeep stereo has been randomly resetting it's self or just not turning on at all. Once again, made an appointment to take it in. After they had it all day, they tell me they are going to replace the stereo but it has to be ordered. Since it's been in to them last week, waiting for stereo, it will not start without having to jump start it. The jeep died at a busy traffic signal due to an unknown reason. I was able to jump start it, again and went directly to the dealership. I was met with the fashion I have come to know. "We are really busy. You can leave it and we will work it in, it will take a couple of days for us to get to it." Even after knowing that it keeps stranding me. This jeep has 29340 miles on it. It shouldn't be having these issues! I have another appointment this week to have that looked at while they are replacing the stereo. I'm just waiting for them to tell me they have to order the part for it. At what point is safety a priority? This is my daily driver and I don't have the ability to just leave it for days and continue to get back and forth to work. I already had to pay for their mess up on my bolts on the tire where it had been stripped. Oh yes, even after I made the appointment specifically for that, spent several hours waiting, just to be told they needed to order that part in too. I was going out of town. I had to pay for a rush delivery so the part could be replaced prior to going. I love my Jeep but I'm thinking about how dependable my Toyota was that I traded in. I just might be done with this dealership and my Jeep. More

Battery was replaced under warranty less than a year after we bought it. The new battery is a MOPAR 3 year unlimited mileage battery and they still refused to cover it even though it was within the warranty period. Will never grace their steps again. Will drive 60 miles to another dealer before I drive 10 miles to this one. More
