Somewhere between those two dealerships I had property stolen out of the inside of my truck. I called Rebecca, the service manager at Crestview Dodge to report the theft. The person who answered the phone said Rebecca would call me. She never returned my call. Very disappointing. More

Money Hungry, rude employees. Bought a 2018 jeep renegade (brand new) a little over a year ago. Pleasant experience. Fast forward. Driving home, jeep kept coming out of cruise control.(ive had 0 issues with the car, its ran perfect) I called dealership to try get an apt to have it looked at. Was told a week and half out they can see it, finally they said i could drop it and leave it. That they would look at when they got a break in-between cars. Next morning im on my way to drop it off and the jeep completely has no acceleration. Clutch seems to have locked up. (never had any symptoms or signs or a worn out clutch, im at 32k miles). Get towed to dealership, hours later they advise I "burnt" the clutch up, in so doing just at $4,000 worth of repairs. That isnt covered under warranty because clutch warranty is only good for 12k/12months which ever is first. They wont even consider the idea something messed up, advise me im not a mechanic so cant say what happened. Wont even entertain the thought maybe something messed up, claiming i need to replace some bolts but no pictures i broke any, not to mention the car wasnt taken apart when i picked it up. so dont see how they knew bolts inside were broke. The car runs fine, no noises or anything. Then charge me $150 for a diagnosis fee for checking the jeep out and since it wasnt a warranty issue according to them. Needless to say i will never return here, nor send anyone to this place. Still trying to get a corporate office number to file a complaint. More

Very Friendly, Knowledgeable and Helpful Service Dept I do not even have words to describe how helpful Elliott was in the Crestview Chrysler service department. My 2016 Dodge Journey needed a part that wa I do not even have words to describe how helpful Elliott was in the Crestview Chrysler service department. My 2016 Dodge Journey needed a part that was on backorder, and it wasn't safe to drive it.....since they don't do loaner cars at the dealership and couldn't tell me how long it would take for the part to arrive....that wasn't working for me....no transportation for an undetermined amount of time would put my small business at a standstill. Let's just say I was VERY stresses out about the situation.....i am usually a very patient calm person...but after 4 days without my car and still no ETA for the part , something had to give....i was ready to take my car back.......but....Elliott was able to convince Chrysler Corporation to give me a rental car at their expense until my car is repaired. I am very grateful for all his time and effort....he definitely went out of his way to help me!! That's the way service should be!! Thanks Again Elliott More

I was on-hold for 12 minutes listening to theirs crackly music (how annoying). After 12 minutes I hung-up and called back a few hours later with the same result with a 13 minute delay. I figured that they might have been busy, so I called back a third time and was placed on hold for another 8 minutes. Then the receptionist came on the line and asked who I was waiting for. Instead of having her direct my back to service, I asked for the Manager, who apologized several times and was helpful. This was a repeat of the same scenario that I experienced the last time (about a month ago). In my opinion, this is unexceptable behavior for a business who relies heavily on the Service Department to keep the lights on. I'm going to switch to the Milton Dodge dealership for all service and future vehicle purchases. More

New Tires Bought new tires. They ordered wrong tires. Promised a discount on install & alignment to remedy the situation. Scheduled appointment at 10 AM for Bought new tires. Dropped off car before 8 AM. Called around 2 PM, they didn't know where the car was... (no kidding) Said they would call me back in a few minutes... No call. Got a ride to dealership, arrived at 3 PM. At the time, they didn't know the status of my car... (no kidding) Service department had to call a second party. Car hadn't even been on the alignment rack yet. Promised discount was not applied when car was ready at 5 PM (30 minutes before they close). No apology, no communication, no customer awareness, very incompetent. They lost my confidence in their dealership. I will never go back for maintenance on my 2012 Dodge Charger. What a shame! A simple update, email, call, text and/or keeping their discount promise would've relieved my frustration and earned my confidence in their customer service. Now, I will have to take my business elsewhere. More

I recently moved here and my car was towed to Crestview Paint and Body in Crestview, Florida. It's a shame that a business that crooked and dishonest can continue to operate. After this business had my car for about 2 months, it was taken to Lee Chrysler in Crestview, Florida. Even after having my car for 2 months Crestview Paint and Body did a horrible job on my car and I was concerned about driving it but Ryan Jamieson, Danial Alter, and Kyle Haskins provided the best customer service and made sure my car was in excellent working condition and safe to drive. Those who worked on my car that I never met and don't know their names should also be recognized. I only dealt with Ryan, Danial and Kyle. All three of them are an asset to Lee Chrysler and should be recognized for excellent job they do for your business. It is because of their caring and excellent customer service that I will always go back to this place of business and will highly recommend your business to others. More

Oil Change on my wifes 2009 Dodge. received the car back found that their was no windshield wiper fluid in the tank. Air pressure in two of the tires were 12 lbs differnt than the other two. Even Walmart can do better and 10$ Cheaper. 2. Oil Change with a couplon from the mail. Oil Change 19.99. Got the bill it was 39.00. I asked again and presented the coupon and the gentelman had an attitude and complained he had to get in the sytem to fix it. When he got done with some mumbling the bill was $36 and some change. I asked how we got from 19.99 he said the coupon dosn't cover a Hemmi. It dosn't say that on it. You all sent it to me. I only own one dodge product. Well bottom line he toke the 19.99 and added two quarts of oil at 6.95 each to the bill. So I paid the $36 plus. A manager came out when I was getting in my car. Tried to give me a free oil change. I declined. I don't want it for free. I just want to pay what I owe with out an attitude. This is not my first of second time issues over cost or a bill or just getting service for my wifes 09 Dodge. I asked what they check on a oil change and it is much less than walmart or local service stations. I don't understand how you charge more and get less service. I have gotten her car back on numerios occasion with little things wrong, low fluids, brake light out, Cap not on coolant tank, Like I said we are done. I have bought 3 vehicles through this dealer. Pluss two for my children. 7 crysler products. We have been using the Milton Florida Store and have been very happy. Our last two Crysler products were threw them. A little far for service so we will use local garages and Milton when we can work it in. Thanks for your time. More
