Shortly after, I found out they had the very same car advertised online for $30,800, almost 3 thousand dollars less. I was never given an explanation why and my salesperson said they would honor the lower price. I no longer felt comfortable doing business with this dealership and asked Mr. Pena for my deposit back. The service center is Mopar warranty insurance fraud. two years ago they supposedly replaced my rack and pinion and transmission pan and fluid. The service manager Dylan Doyle, backed him up when Mr. Doyle was called by the new service center. He could not even tell the service representative what they did to my vehicle, I have since emailed Mr. Doyle to ask for all of my service records, which I have not received. I have alerted Mo Paul warranty about this insurance fraud and I will be alerting New York State insurance service fraud on Monday. Never buy a car from this dealer or use their service center. They are full of xxxx and when you call them out on it, they tell you not to come there anymore, which I will happily not since they charge me my deductible and do not fix my car beware of Manny and Mr. Dylan Doyle.
