Bought a jeep in December sales team was great but after purchasing the car it was very clear they took my money and now I could find better customer service at a waffle house. Still no word on when I will get my registration and when I call to ask about it all I get is voicemail or someone named Victoria who talks to me like I'm an inconvenience to her job. My advice is avoid this dealership!!!! More

Horrible Dealership. Sold me a NEW vehicle that we find out has 1000 miles on it, Not Disclosed. Now I get emails asking to setup service, so I follow all instructions to do so, setup appt on Oct. 13 for out has 1000 miles on it, Not Disclosed. Now I get emails asking to setup service, so I follow all instructions to do so, setup appt on Oct. 13 for Appt 8am Oct. 22. I arrive at 7:45am and get told they don't do appointments for Oil Changes, even though they emailed me about it, pointed me to do it, confirmed it after I did it and for 8 days have been reminding me of it. They even sent me an email to checkin for said appointment. They were rude and said I could get in line it would be about 2 hrs. This is how they treat you after selling you a new (1000 miles) $45,000 vehicle. Beware, Customer Service is not practiced here. More
