I gave this dealership an A1 rating when we purchased our vehicle but after purchase when we had a few issues that needed to be addressed we had a hard time getting those issues fixed and even getting in con vehicle but after purchase when we had a few issues that needed to be addressed we had a hard time getting those issues fixed and even getting in contact with the manager. So my rating went from 10 to 6. More

When I started the deal I had LoJack included, called back for the code to get it setup n they told me it wasn’t included anymore so they could give me the deal I wanted, mind u they told me I couldn’t t back for the code to get it setup n they told me it wasn’t included anymore so they could give me the deal I wanted, mind u they told me I couldn’t take the LoJack package off bcuz it came with the deal, next I asked if the car had both set of keys to the car the 2nd fob doesn’t work. It’s the small things, now I’m wondering what big things I wasn’t told about. More
