While the service took longer than I had expected, the work ultimately proved satisfactory. There was some confusion initially regarding my remaining at the dealership to await the repairs that could hav work ultimately proved satisfactory. There was some confusion initially regarding my remaining at the dealership to await the repairs that could have been avoided if the supervising service manager had communicated my intention to remain at the dealership with Christian. I was also put off by the attempt of the sales room staff to persuade me to trade in my vehicle for a new car. I had previously communicated that I wasn't interested in trading in my car weeks earlier and therefore found the sales person attempt to persuade me even when I said at the start of her conversation that I wasn't interested in selling my vehicle really annoying. But otherwise, my experience with the dealership was and hopefully will continue to be a positive one. More

I cannot say enough words to describe the outstanding service provided to me by Sue Cerveni. Very kind, helpful and considerate. I am from out of town and due to extreme weather conditions, needed air in service provided to me by Sue Cerveni. Very kind, helpful and considerate. I am from out of town and due to extreme weather conditions, needed air in tires and service for car fluids Ah went back opened service door and got an outstanding service person, Jose, to assist me. As I waited Sue provided me a cup of coffee tp warm me up. Jose did a complete job for me with outstanding service as well, all with a nice smile. I went for an oil change, my jeep came back with a check engine light instantly. My 2017 Wrangler hasn’t had one single problem in 6 years and all of sudden it has a CEL. A little more info, they kept pushi engine light instantly. My 2017 Wrangler hasn’t had one single problem in 6 years and all of sudden it has a CEL. A little more info, they kept pushing for me to sell my Jeep, I told them I’m simply here for an oil change. I get my Jeep back and the CEL is on, coincidence or some shady business tactic on their part for me not selling the dealership my Jeep when I clearly just went in for an oil change? Find out at your own risk, I can provide my oil change invoice for the nay sayers. Haven’t heard back from my service rep Sue Cervini More

It was my first visit today to this dealership. I came from downtown and I was there for service. Service department was very honest and nice and helpful. I have worked with this dealership on several occasions. Every one is friendly. The service department is the only jeep dealership that has been able to accommodate my needs. Both amazing guys , knowledgeable and great customer service. They make the car repair process more seamless in an already frustrating situation. Sue, Omar and Luis were great with helping me understand the value of my trade-in and helping with sales options without being pushy! Will definitely work with then with future vehicle purchases.
