Friendly Staff I just purchased a 2016 Jeep Latitude and the staff at Zappone was friendly and helpful. There was two issues which I was not happy with. The first on I just purchased a 2016 Jeep Latitude and the staff at Zappone was friendly and helpful. There was two issues which I was not happy with. The first one I take some blame for was we agreed on a price for my lease and when I picked up my vehicle they added in my first payment which I know that is due when you lease but every time I leased a vehicle the cost was always added in to the agreed price. The second issue was the vehicle was not clean when picked it up. I took a lot of pictures showing the filth and dead bugs all along the inside of the hatch area. Other than that everything else was ok. I would recommend them to friends but with the advice to not assume anything. More

Bad services. This is the worst place to have a vehicle serviced. 4 hours for an oil change and an inspection. They charged me 350.00 to oil a hood hinge. Two months later, Chrysler sent us a bill for $2300 because Mike never notified them that the first lease ended and now we have to pay for two leases. Unbelievable!! The dealership won't pay for their mistake and we're stuck with the bill. Buyer beware, this place is the worst!!! I couldn't be more disgusted!! More
