I rarely ever right reviews but my experience with this dealership was so horrible I had to warn other customers. I purchased a $40K+ pre-owned vehicle from this dealership that needed over $6,000 million dealership was so horrible I had to warn other customers. I purchased a $40K+ pre-owned vehicle from this dealership that needed over $6,000 million n repairs the minute I drove it off the lot. I called multiple times the day after and left messages as well as emails and they did not call back until I started sending emails. They subsequently ignored me and said that since I drove off the lot it was my fault for not doing a thorough inspection. I unfortunately could not get the car inspected at any NY inspections center because of the tints on the vehicle. This car was not ready for sale but they sold it anyway. Lesson learned. Stay far away from this dealership. More

On July 10, 2023, I entrusted my vehicle to their service center, only to face a series of shocking revelations and unprofessional conduct. Initially, the manager, Mr. Dominique Baglione, informed me that the delay in repairs was due to parts being on backorder. I patiently waited for four months, only to discover that this was a gross misrepresentation of the truth. The real shock came when I was hit with insurance storage fees, claiming my car had been fixed on July 26th and that my insurance provider failed to contact them in a timely manner. Frustrated and feeling deceived, I took matters into my own hands and reached out to consumer protection agencies to facilitate the return of my vehicle. Upon moving my car to the Yonkers dealership, I was flabbergasted to find that the Englewood Cliffs dealership had not performed any work on it, despite their claims of a July 26th fix. The stark contrast in service became evident when I retrieved my car from Yonkers in just four weeks, a stark contrast to the five-month ordeal at Englewood Cliffs. The lack of integrity, false information, and apparent negligence at the Englewood Cliffs dealership have left me with a deep sense of disappointment and frustration. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative options. Englewood Cliffs Jeep dealership's actions have not only cost me time and money but have also shattered my trust in their ability to provide reliable and honest service. More

I was told it would be done within 1-2 hours.
