I was coming out of a Jeep lease from another dealership, and he helped me decide on the model Jeep I wanted, explained the ins and outs of the hybrid line, and gave me the multiple discounts and rebates that I had already researched without asking, plus he found an additional discount I was unaware of. Once he gave me a total price and lease amount, I went home and did my pricing studies online (various lease calculators, etc) and came back with a well-researched counteroffer. Elias was able to get my counter approved quickly, and we went to close. Meeting with the finance managers is usually my least favorite part of the car purchase/lease process. I generally find them to be detached and stiff, hard-nosed, and a little pushy with the after-sales. Finance manager Jose Bayona changed that perception. Jose was delightful to deal with and had an excellent demeanor, making the process (now all digital) go as smoothly as possible. He was very tactful about various extended warranty offerings, and while I have never ever purchased any in the past, I purchased one from him at a discount. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs handled my old Jeep return (though it was a different dealer/finance company) plus plates, registration, etc, and had me in and out of the dealership in record time. I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the Chrysler dealership at Englewood Cliffs. The collision person brought my vehicle in for repairs as it can only be done at the dealership, and what ensued was a four-month ordeal of frustration, unfulfilled promises, and unnecessary charges. The repair manager was Mr Baglione. The car was moved to the dealership on July 6th 2023 and they kept telling me that the parts were back order until Sept 20th and all of a sudden everything got changed and Baglione claimed that everything was fixed as of July 16th and insurance did not approve the suppliments and now they are charging the insurance with a storage fee for an unfixed vehicle.Insurance denied the claim for storage, and I had to get consumer protection involved to get the car out of the facility. They kept the car for 4 1/2 months. Finally moved to Yonkers, and the car was fixed within 6 weeks. The delay was due to updates that were not done in the past 4.5 months, and batteries got dead. So beware of the facility, and especially the service manager. This was a lesson for both me and the collision person. Never go to this dealership for anything. Such fraud that they want to get the money from insurance. More
I'd been wanting a Jeep for years, nevertheless every single time I went to a Jeep dealership I was met with less than friendly sales personnel. Every single time I was treated as if I could not afford the product or as if I was not worthy of being there. I had seen it in movies, but I never thought it would happen to me. BUT this was NOT the case at Englewood Cliff and with Elias. He was kind, patient, and above all transparent without the need to be rude. He spoke clearly and explained everything in detail taking his time to make sure we felt comfortable and at ease. This was important specially because of our last experience. We didn't tell him anything about what we had gone through before, so his behavior and treatment was genuine. I tend to be those type of customers that will keep going to the same place just because of service and I will definitely come here again. He was fantastic. Thank you Elias and thank you Englewood Cliff Chrysler, Doge, Jeep RAM dealership from the bottom of my heart for make my dream car purchase a reality.I recommend this place to anyone who wants to receive outstanding customer service and an even better car buying experience, Ask for Elias. Ive got a lease here in 2021. The sales person were awesome until I closed the deal. After that. I try calling and leaving messages. Never returned. Service is horrible. 3 times I came by never waited less than 6 hours. ( the couple hours they say when you ask how long is it gonna take is a lie ). Even for the most simple service. I made an appointment. And got an email confirming. When I arrived they said I had no appointment. That o should speak with them directly not the call center. Try some place else. I would give zero star for this. Never ever coming back. More

You will be robbed of your time, money, and possibly car parts. I made an appointment and went in with a code for Cam Position Sensor with all symptoms pointing to that. After two days and hours on hold, I was put in touch with an unintelligible tech who made absolutely no sense, except for saying "I spent enough time with it." OK. Had to go in person to talk to the service adviser, Raj, who told me my 5.7 needed extensive engine work, including cam shaft and cylinder head. (He wouldn't listen to the fact that it ran great the night before the cam position code.) According to him, this is what was proscribed by Mopar and he ordered the parts. After almost two weeks, I called Mopar vehicle care and no claim was ever filed. Went in the next morn and had my vehicle towed all the way to the Tasca CDRJ in White Plains where I bought it. Within a day she's purring like a kitten. Of course, it was the cam position sensor. Mechanics at Tasca were shaking their heads about the diagnoses and behavior in Englewood Cliffs. I'm not sure what shady stuff is going on there but, believe me, you don't want to find out. Stay far away. You've been warned. More

He went above and beyond trying to answer all my questions and concerns, and accommodate my requests. Very nice and professional young man who played a key role in convincing me. All my expectations were met. Did I mention that the deal I got was better than the offers from the other dealership. I am totally happy with the car, my is loving it. This dealer has made a 180 degree turn for the worst I wish I could leave 0 stars, brought. Truck in for routine oil change and a noise, picked it up vehicle still having noise brought it back with useless Raj (service advisor), didn’t hear anything for a week, left 6 voicemails finally waited almost 45 mins to hear that they are waiting on parts I was told I could communicate through text 3 weeks passed calling the dealership no answer on status left message with service manager Dominick ( a kid that still lives with his mom) is now a “Manager” never responded called me back or anything, not even a courtesy wash was given an apology nothing just an attitude at pick up because I left a truthful review.. the owner of this dealership should have more pride than to allow these types of people representing his business, there’s over 40 bad reviews all about service all over sites.. I brought my vehicle (2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X) to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs due to having a check engine light coming on and to also get a tire rotation with an oil change. -Chr to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs due to having a check engine light coming on and to also get a tire rotation with an oil change. -Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs NJ charged me for work that was not done and should have been covered by the warranty. -Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs NJ swapped out parts from my vehicle with someone else vehicle. (Dealership scan report shows this.) -They are robbing people like myself and committing insurance fraud with Mopar. Over the phone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs informed me that I needed two batteries replaced (main & alternator batteries), they then informed me that I have multiple issues with my electrical system with melted wiring, melted manifold, and issues with my generator. (Keep in mind this Jeep is only 3.5 years old.) After paying $1645.94 they wanted 5 more hours of labor and for me to pay a second diagnostic, which I refused, and picked up my vehicle after 2 weeks. They told me over the phone I will be charged $1598 for just the main & alternator batteries since that is what it cost supposedly, even though the second receipt showed the alternator being replaced for $100 (Mopar extended warranty deductible). Please note that I have a Mopar Extended warranty that covers the diagnostic and repairs for an alternator. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs lied about what repairs were done, they charged me for repairs that should have been covered by Extended Warranty and they got paid for repairs they did not do by the Mopar Extended Warranty. I opened case# 86199247 directly with Chrysler who doesn't seem to be doing much at this point. I brought the Jeep to another dealership (Hudson in Jersey City NJ) where it was originally purchased and they said that Englewood Cliffs charged me for an alternator (cost hidden with battery replacements $1598) but the actual alternator it was never replaced. In addition, Hudson Jeep in Jersey City stated that there were parts taken from another Jeep (2018) and put into my Jeep with a different VIN number voiding my warranty (A/C-HVAC part and a PCM). Hudson Jeep in Jersey City stated that there was only one issue they found when scanning for problems, which was the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) that would be covered under warranty normally but the part was from another Jeep that was being worked on at the same time as my Jeep at the Englewood Cliffs dealership. A scan report at the dealership showed this information. I called Mopar the warranty company and they stated that Englewood Cliffs charged them for an alternator replacement. However, the work was not done per Hudson Jeep in Jersey City and Englewood Cliffs was double dipping with the replacement of the alternator cost. Englewood Cliffs charged me and they got money for the repair from Mopar for a repair they didn't do. More
