If you must buy a car but do not use their financing, warranties, etc. get the car and make sure you have no ties to this place. As soon as the car is sold they will not respond to requests. Been 7 months and they still have not given me a key. At one point Daniel Laguerre sent me to a different dealership and that dealership told me they do not make keys here. And because they are awful I cannot even get a response to cancel my warranty. Been over a month of me trying to cancel the warranty. More
Would give 5 stars for awful and dishonest service. It took them 5.5. hours just to give the car a diagnosis for $399. On the phone they told me that my warranty was partially covered. I was able to get my repair for 1/3 of the price elsewhere. Seems like the charges grow based on how much the greedy servicemen can reap in more commission. More

I took my 2018 PHEV chrysler Pacifica to this dealership back in November for a check engine light. I had previously taken the car to my local authorized service mechanic where all regular maintenance wer back in November for a check engine light. I had previously taken the car to my local authorized service mechanic where all regular maintenance were completed, but the check engine light was not diagnosed because they didn’t have the tools or the technician to work on a hybrid vehicle. At the dealer, Englewood chrysler, the service advisor was very aggressive on a $399 diagnosis package (I was unaware that this package was an oil change and tire rotation maintenance package, not a diagnosis) At the end of the day, they did not diagnose the check engine light, they asked me to take the car to another dealership that has the tools and the technicians to work on hybrid cars; and performed the oil change in the “package” for $399, even though I especially told them that all maintenance like oil and tires were already performed a few weeks ago. I ended up taking the car to another dealership (Riverdale chrysler in the Bronx) they did diagnosed the check engine light and determined that the was a problem with the electric coolant heater and it would be covered under the federal emissions warranty. Something Chrysler of Englewood completely fail to diagnose and instead charged me $399 plus taxes for unnecessary oil change. I spoke with Dominic, the service manager, today. After reconfirm everything, he never apologize for the terrible service or offered a refund, he just told me that the best he could do is give me credit for a future service appointment. Unbelievable. Don’t go to this dealership. Save your money and aggravation. More
I saw a jeep with suspect paperwork. I was assured by the GM (Jay) the car was good, safe and no accidents. I asked if I could take to my mechanic and they said yes which actually made I was assured by the GM (Jay) the car was good, safe and no accidents. However, they bought the car directly to my mechanic without allowing me the chance to make an appointment (They had said earlier they would let me know so I could arrange an appointment) My mechanic told me the car had been in a major accident. This is why the paperwork was "shotty". Of course the GM Jay has not called again. Please avoid dealng with this group - Englewood Cliffs and Paramus. I should of read these reviews before I trusted a friend who trusted Jay More
Terrible service, don't do it. I bought a brand new Jeep from this dealer, and went for my first oil change/tire rotation at 8K miles. The service tech insisted I get a $400 'Inspection' in addition. I told him the Jeep only has 8K miles and just wanted the oil change and tire rotation. They told me I could be voiding my new car warranty by refusing the $400 inspection, and got very aggressive with me. Then they said the tires couldn't be rotated so they didn't do that. On my service sheet, they stated that I refused the inspection which could void my Jeep warrantee. What the f#$R#$... Never again. More
