My first experience was Friday before the Memorial day weekend. I arrived at the dealership at a little after 6pm not realizing they where closed. I replied I was here to look at the 2013 POWER WAGON. This man turned out to be Nick Perna who decided to get the keys and show me the truck. I really liked the truck. He told me about some of the features and did not rush me and answered my questions. I thanked him and said I would be back early Saturday morning to possibly buy the truck. On Saturday I found out that Nick was the sales manager. He introduced my wife Mary and myself to Jim Shulack our salesman. Jim and myself went for a test drive and talked along the way. I loved the truck even more at this point. When we got back we began to work the numbers. We came to an agreement and signed the papers. Jim was outstanding in every way, a total gentleman to my wife Mary and me. Nick stopped by just to see how things were going. I asked about getting some running boards thrown in for free but the response was that they couldn't do that, but they would sell them to me at dealer cost. Jim and myself walked back to the parts section and ordered the running boards. I just had them installed this past Friday, June 5th by your Service Department. They look great and help both Mary and myself get in and out easier. In closing I would like to say my experience was great and everyone I dealt with was kind and very professional. Nick Perna came over and explained they had some extra deals going on over the Memorial Day weekend and I said I probably would come back with my husband on Monday. There was absolutely no pressure at all and they were very accommodating. My son and I had gotten there at about 4:45, thinking they closed at 6, but Doug had not problem with staying to take us for the test drive. I did come back on Monday with my husband and ended up buying the Jeep. A very pleasant experience, and to sweeten the deal, they threw in an accessory for my son's 2008 Wrangler. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and was very pleased with the whole experience. I'd certainly recommend Baker, and Doug especially. The staff of Baker Jeep/Dodge, specifically Doug Antolik, went above and beyond with their help in getting me into a new Dodge. I was undecided between a 4-door Charger or a 2-door Challenger (I currently o went above and beyond with their help in getting me into a new Dodge. I was undecided between a 4-door Charger or a 2-door Challenger (I currently owned a Charger), and gave them a limit in the amount of car payment I could afford. They worked with me to give comparisons on what both cars would cost, leading me to go with the Charger. In the end, they got my payment lower by almost $50.00 a month! I will definitely continue to do business with them when it's time to trade my car in and strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new one. More
