I went to Baker on a Saturday to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Dealt with Doug Antolik. Doug was very knowledgeable about Jeeps and very honest. I didn't feel any pressure at all. When I finished the test drive, I went back into the showroom and he asked if I was interested in buying at that time. I told him I probably wouldn't buy until mid-end of June. Nick Perna came over and explained they had some extra deals going on over the Memorial Day weekend and I said I probably would come back with my husband on Monday. There was absolutely no pressure at all and they were very accommodating. My son and I had gotten there at about 4:45, thinking they closed at 6, but Doug had not problem with staying to take us for the test drive. I did come back on Monday with my husband and ended up buying the Jeep. A very pleasant experience, and to sweeten the deal, they threw in an accessory for my son's 2008 Wrangler. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and was very pleased with the whole experience. I'd certainly recommend Baker, and Doug especially. He was extremely knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer, he was honest about that too. Great sense of humor too! Thanks Baker - love my Jeep! More

The staff of Baker Jeep/Dodge, specifically Doug Antolik, went above and beyond with their help in getting me into a new Dodge. They worked with me to give comparisons on what both cars would cost, leading me to go with the Charger. In the end, they got my payment lower by almost $50.00 a month! I will definitely continue to do business with them when it's time to trade my car in and strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new one. More

The dealership was adamant about finding me the car with my desired features, the alternative was waiting 6-8weeks for the factory to build it. The vehicle had a few additional features that I initially found excessive or unnecessary but in the few weeks Ive had the car, came to be very happy with (upgraded sound system for example). They compromised on the price of those add-ons and happily drove over 100miles to pick up the vehicle in New York. Wow. Even the manager working with the bank pushed so we had the most desirable lease and coverage. This is my families third car at Baker and over the last 10 years, we havent been disappointed. That´s rather impressive for a dealership. We have tried their rt206 neighbours at Volkswagen / Audi a couple of times and found their customer service was lacking and misleading in comparison. More

Purchased a used vehicle from Baker. There is a $339.00 Doc fee that is required. This fee is to do the paperwork within the temp tag period. Had to leave the vehicle parked for 17 days past temp tag expiration until the plates finally arrived. When the dealership was called to resolve this, I was hung up on. Nice customer service?????. Certified pre owned, make sure you know what that means. Recall still on vehicle from 2010, now I have to bring the vehicle in and drop it off for another day. Not sure about what else has not been checked or done, because I have not really been able to drive the vehicle until the plates finally arrived. If they say anything about the vehicle, make them write it down, you will need it later. Don't expect any help from Chrysler, five star rating is meaningless. I would not recommend this dealership and at all they still have not payed my payoff the place is stuck in the 80's More
