Baker is long on Service I arrived on time for my oil change, and was out the door in 30 minutes on a Saturday. My drivers seat was in its original position, too. I have spoken to him on the phone and dealt with him in person on several occasions. Mr. Reinson is extremely professional and knowledgeable. In one instance, he told me he would call back with an answer to an issue I had and called me back within three minutes (with an answer). He also remembered me after only dealing with me once. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The guy really seems to care about customer satisfaction (uncommon these days) and I'm glad that he works there because it's painless going in for service. I would recommend Baker Jeep Service department if service is required for your vehicle. More
