Extremely poor customer service. Dropped off truck in for routine service. Only 4,000 miles since last service so thought it to be routine and short. They were to call in an hour and let me know what was needed. Finally got a text 6 hours later with a long list of extremely expensive items, including quote for a diagnostic? Even they supposedly did “multipoint check”. . But not enough time to do any of it. We drove from a long distance, so couldn’t leave it overnight. All the items listed were outrageously priced and several not needed…. More

I am frustrated that I brought my truck in for service, was charged $240 to have a check engine code read and tracked down, only to have the light come on again less than 10 miles from the service center. Now I have to carve out an hour in transit time alone to come back up to the shop to have it looked at again. More

Charged me 300 bucks to tell me i had a bad battery. Tried to charge me 250 for a brake fluid flush when I had one done a week ago. And tried to charge me 80 bucks for a cabin air filter.
