Horrible experience with Carbone and Jordan the salesman. Jordan was ok as a salesman up until I asked about returning a truck that was side swiped while in office purchasing the truck. The teacher in me says that having to leave a maximum score or the rating is poor is not right. However, I do wish to acknowledge that the people at Carbone's seemed to be particularly accomodating when score or the rating is poor is not right.
