Beyond my expectations I decided to trade in my Jeep Wrangler for something that would better suit my personal needs. My sales consultant, Simon, listened to key details about my life and had made great suggestions based on my lifestyle and preference. I found the vehicle I not only wanted, but needed! It was within my price range and then after the amazing rebates i saved a ton of money! I test drove the vehicle on Wednesday and expected to pick it up the following week because I went out of town and there was a tiny imperfection on the exterior that needed to be fixed. Thursday morning I received a message that it was currently getting taken care of and I can pick it up Friday when I return into town! The service I received was personable, comfortable and he had a sense of urgency to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. service department i came to your dealership with an appointment for a warranty issue. i stood at the service desk, just inside the overhead door in the entrance to the i came to your dealership with an appointment for a warranty issue. i stood at the service desk, just inside the overhead door in the entrance to the garage, behind another person, waiting to talk to the service writer, i had two people behind me also waiting for the service writer. The service writer finished helping the person ahead of me and i stepped up to desk and the service writer then answered the phone and talked for several minutes while i waited then laid the phone down and left the area for several more minutes came back and hung up phone and left again for another several minutes. when he came back he was on a cell phone and then suggested that me and the other people waiting at the desk for him should go to the office and find someone to help us as he was to busy to assist us. I went to the office and was helped by another person who was very nice and took very good care of my issue and fixed my truck in short order. I would recommend your dealership to others and will use your dealership myself. I will recommend though that people skip the service writer desk and go to the inside office. I found the service writer to be rude and uninterested in customer service, not a good first impression when arriving at the dealership. More
