Good buy on vehicle but bad communication I bought a vehicle with low miles from them and had to drive five hours to get it. Once I got there the mileage was actually 5k more on the vehicle t I bought a vehicle with low miles from them and had to drive five hours to get it. Once I got there the mileage was actually 5k more on the vehicle than what they had it listed in the online ad. I spacifically asked them if there was anything about the vehicle I needed to know about before I made a 5 hr drive and they assured me there wasn’t. They did little to compensate us on their lack of keeping up to date on there ad on a vehicle that they were using. The only filled up our gas tank and through in 2 hats. More

Bought a new Truck Sales people were out of state. Zack was a bit sexist and only talked to hubby. He was not interested in my thoughts. Hubby was not happy with his pushy behavior and Zack did not listen to what I NEEDED in a truck. We have 4 boys and HAVE to have something to tote all 6 around in. So that limits us to the XL model on a ford. I will only drive a Ford and he was supper annoyed that I would not look at other ideas. My MUST HAVES were: seats 6, Ford F150 XLT. fair MPG. and with in price range. I walked in expecting not to walk out with a truck. My husband caped monthly payments at $300 and after being bullied because Zack wanted to make a sale we left with a $520 monthly payment. We are happy with the truck and the trade in value we got on both our other rigs. But I really won't be doing business with this dealer ship in the future if the sales person is sexist like this. Just because I am female does not mean that I don't know what I want. I have chewed up and spit out sales people for not listening to me. We will be needing another truck here in a few years not sure if we will go to this dealership. not writing it off competently as the sales rep was from Alabama. The rest of the team was great. I would like to make a note. We were bothered by the fact that It was freezing cold out and none of the staff offered to help us clean out our rigs we traded in. My husband had to lay on the cold wet semi frozen ground and get soaked trying to disconnect the CB cable under the truck. We did not have room for all the stuff to really fit inside the cab of the truck and because the bed was open and not covered we could not use it because the paper work would have flown out or been destroyed by the wet weather.
