Standoffish, rude and inconsiderate My wife spoke to Ben about about a dodge/Jeep recall on the airbag systems that they did on the vehicle that had failed at 17000 miles. He at first to My wife spoke to Ben about about a dodge/Jeep recall on the airbag systems that they did on the vehicle that had failed at 17000 miles. He at first told my wife that it would be covered, the next day he said they would not cover it and that there was nothing they could do. I stopped by just to get the details, he was immediately rude and had an attitude. I was respectful and polite and he just kept his short, disrespectful attitude. It became clear he didn’t care so I walked out. In my whole life, this was by far the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. One of the most important life saving devices on a vehicle and he told me that with time and wear that an airbag module was expected to wear out in less than 17000 miles. I mentioned it to another coworker who seemed genuine and caring, took down my number, but to this day, have still not received a call. It was a terrible experience and I will not recommend this dealership. More
