Expectations were set appropriately before I ever showed up. Staff kept in reliable communication with me, did a fantastic job with my car (she drives like brand new again), etc.. My one comment (and I may just not understand why it's set up this way) is that I would have preferred to just go straight to the cashier to pay for this service immediately, rather than waiting in line for the service center to print off my order and then be walked to the cashier. I appreciate the personal feel this creates, but when there is only one rep at the service station it quickly slows down the flow. More
