Friendly, professional but ran way too fast. Very friendly salespeople (as well they should be) and showed me 3 vehicles, the third of which I chose. It was almost as though they were pushing me to buy rather than letting me take my time (again, the sign of a good salesman) but I should have held my ground and took my time. I probably would have bought the Fiesta anyway, but just wish that I could have sat on it a couple of days. I've been happy with my car, and when the antenna needed replacing, they did it free of charge, and also washed my car completely. I appreciated that. When the transmission went south, the dealership helped me get it fixed by telling me what I had to do in order to make it so.. I would recommend this dealership to friends, but caution them to NOT jump, but to contemplate. More
