My wife and I had to start the conversation and ask bout certain features which they had no clue. After that waste of time we stopped at adventure in willoughby. While walking the lot Ken approached us and politely introduced himself. We were interested in the new compass. Ken was loaded with information. Told us about the different models. He told us about different leasing and buying options before we knew it we were out for a test drive. Within a few hours we were leaving adventure with a new compass.
