My relationship with this dealership started in the Service Department with Erin. It was her promptness and professionalism that made me what to continue doing business with Adventure. Erin and the entire staff treated me great every time I came in for either warranty work or a simple oil change. As my Lease was ending I was introduced to Mike Berg. What a professional. From the first time I talked with him he put me at ease regarding Leasing from Adventure. Everything went very very smooth with the transaction. My wife also commented how smooth the transition went and also commented on Mike's attention to detail. I would recommend this Adventure Dealership to all my friends and family. Avery did a great job in sales. I called about a Grand Cherokee I saw on-line and Avery said it was in great condition. That was an understatement. The vehicle was immaculate! Avery was informative, honest and he did his best to meet my price goals. Jennifer in finance did an excellent job explaining financing and warranty options. I bought my first extended warranty ever. Mike helped by bringing my garage door opener to my house when I left it in my trade-in. I needed service soon after the purchase for a warranty item and they scheduled me promptly and handled the issue quickly. Overall this dealership is well run and everyone is ultra customer-oriented. I would highly recommend Adventure to anyone looking for a new or used Mopar product. More

I had been shopping for a 4.0 liter Jeep Wrangler that was priced fair. Several places offered below average product for above average prices since we were in the dead of winter here in Cleveland, OH. I s was priced fair. Several places offered below average product for above average prices since we were in the dead of winter here in Cleveland, OH. I stopped into the dealership, met a nice sales person. They brought the Jeep to me for a test drive. I met a second great salesperson who worked hard with the Finance Manager to give me a fair offer on my Infiniti and the deal was done with 24 hours. Great service. (even dropped my old plates off at my house when the bolts rusted!!) More

Micheal was very helpful when viewing the cars and was not overly pushy at all, did not try to persuade us either way.
