Terry Coggins was exceptionally helpful. My car died. So, I needed to replace it fairly quickly. Rentals are not cheap. I walked into the dealership having helped my spouse purchase a vehicle at the same location. We had worked with Terry then. I was impressed with his work ethic and desire to please his customers. So, I went back. I had a number in my head. At first, I thought I was going to leave. But, Terry "fixed" something and I was able to lease the car within an hour. The vehicle has features I never dreamed of and a mileage allowance that is workable for me. The whole process took less than 2 hours. I am very pleased. And I really like my 2017 Jeep Renegade. More
