Awful dealership Only rated this dealership a 1 because there was not a 0 !!!! Our son bought a pre-owned 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Once we picked up the car, than this horror show started !!! 1. The car was delivered to us with only one key. When asked for a second key (isn't that standard ?) we were told we had to come back to the dealership on a specified date because the "key guy" only was there once a week. No big deal, whats one more trip to the dealership. 2.. The vehicle came with wheel locks. But the car did not come with a key to the locks. Again, had to go back to the dealership to pick them up 3. And here's the icing on the cake ..... by week 3, the car had to be jump started 3 times !! By the 3rd time, we had to have AAA jump the car so we could drive it directly to the dealership. While we were heading to the dealership, we tried calling Ralph 4 times. He never picked up or returned our calls (we ere told each time he was busy with another customer). When we got to the dealership and brought the car into service, we were informed that both (?) batteries were dead and it would cost us $800 to replace. Needless to say, this did not make us happy. We went into the dealership to hopefully speak to the salesman (Ralph) or sales manager about making this right. Ralph never took the time to come out and talk to us. The sales manager, Milton, came out to tell us THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY CAN OR WOULD DO SINCE THE BATTERY IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. This was 3 Weeks after buying the car which was "certified - pre-owned" We are well aware warranty's are written in such a way to protect a dealership, but 3 WEEKS ????!!!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ETHICS DO THESE GUYS WORK WITH ???? We sincerely hope that prospective customers for Chrysler, Jeep, or Doge products read this review, and save yourselves the aggravation we lived through STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! Service is ridiculous Service allegedly fixed my Challenger under warranty, then the car broke down again (with less than 10K miles on it, under a year old). After submitting an insurance claim and having it repaired at another Dodge dealership, the car still runs out of gas! Misleading sale. BEWARE! My girlfriend and I came into this dealership Labor Day weekend as we were in the area and thought we'd see if there were any holiday weekend BEWARE! I walked out of there thinking my old lease was taken care of with no surprises as discussed with the salesman. They had me believing I walked out of there with a great deal, or so I thought. Two months later I get a bill from my old lease asking for $1,000 that I owe for wear and tear. When negotiating with the salesman I was under the impression that all was taken care of as at Rt 46 Jeep they've always taken care of this. My mistake for changing dealerships. When asking this dealership to please pay the $1000 bill I received they told me they do not take care of wear and tear and "do not like to discuss it with the customer" as they do not want to be responsible. If they do not take care of wear and tear then they should have gave me a walk through and said "by the way, you may get additional charges that we will not cover" instead of having me leave believing all was paid and will be taken care of. Very shady. My mistake for not getting that in writing but lesson learned. Will never be going back to this dealership again. More

Overall, I thought the buying experience was great until we received our first statement from the bank. This finance manager who represent this dealership stole our $5000 down payment. The total sales price we received our first statement from the bank. This finance manager who represent this dealership stole our $5000 down payment. The total sales price including taxes, fees and interest is $30,500 with a down payment of $5000, the amount we financed should have been $25,500 and a monthly payment of $430 for 60 months. Instead, he financed the loan for $30000 and took our down payment and instead of a 60 months loan, changed the terms to 72 months. We feel so cheated that we have not contacted them yet. I am writing this review and I am giving this dealership an opportunity to read this review and make it right by either giving us our down Payment back or renegotiate the terms of this loan to 60 months, the same price we agreed upon or we are going to file a complaint with BBB and the NJ State Attorney General’s office. Dealerships should not take advantage of others. And to think that we were about to recommend a family member to this dealership is appalling. The finance manager worked for another dealership who cheated people out of their hard earned money and that dealership was recently in the news and was fined by the NJ State Attorney General. “Built my own” Jeep online and the site said they had something very close at this dealer. I called and they said, “Yes, they had it.” When i showed up what they had was a car with 1200 miles on it that something very close at this dealer. I asked if i bought a car and drove it 1200 miles and brought it back would it still be new? Then they found another car with same features online and said it would be there in 2 days. The price, however, was $700 more. For the exact same car. I was told that this car was purchased later, after a price increase on certain options. As i started to walk out they agreed to match the price. Then they offered me $6000 for my current car. I went on Kelly Blue Book and they appraised my car at $9000. I received 3 immediate offers for my car at $9000. I put a down payment on the car, but they gave me no vin#, which was weird. I called 3 days later and was told there actually was no car. They thought they could get one but they couldn’t. But if i came in they would find me something else. I asked for a refund of my deposit and they said i would have to come in, which is absurd. I told them i was going to cancel the charge with Amex, then they called back and said they could refund the charge over the phone. Sleazy all around. More
