thieves. Horrible! They make you spend more than half of the day there. Since 12 hours is not enough time for them to figure out what they’re doing, they cont Horrible! Since 12 hours is not enough time for them to figure out what they’re doing, they contacted me several times weeks later to provide paperwork, change my insurance coverage (they know what it should be so say something the day of). There’s clearly a lack of communication between their own departments. I was asked for a credit card just “to hold” my offer while I thought about the deal yet 2 weeks later they charged a $500 unauthorized charge on it. THIEVES!! When I noticed the charge I first reached out to them, was left on hold for 20 minutes. I reached out to my sales consultant and was told “I have no idea. It’s so busy right now I have 3 different customers gotta give me a few“, never heard back from her. Called again the next day, their answer this time was “why don’t you just put a dispute with you credit card company.” Then they asked me for my full credit card details again, to steal some more? Again, THIEVES! For the amount of money spent on vehicles dealerships should provide at least a decent customer experience. I’ve only had my Jeep for a month and am counting down the days until this lease is over. More

Ralph is the MAN I bought my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership and since the first Oil change I’ve been dealing with Ralph.
