Mr Ray was quickly able to locate the vehicle I was looking for and took me to see it. Without hassle he was able to sit with me and give me a deal better than what i had in another dealership. The whole lease process was thoroughly explained and done with ease by him. He made sure to complete the transaction quickly and efficiently. He even went far and beyond by helping to put my tire locks for me at the last minute. Too long wait for oil change I have had service on my jeep since I purchased it in 2016. Each time I go they “talk me into” so many mile check up in addition to oil change. I always do as recommended but it costs hundreds of dollars. Each time my wait in at least two hours. Once it was FOUR HOURS! And if I didn’t say something I would have sat there longer. This time I just wanted an oil change and to check a tire. I declined other service. Not only was I half hour earlier than my appointment but was told it would be 90 minutes tops. Two hours later still waiting. Car was not ready for almost another hour. I had to make a fuss with the service manager. Will not take it there again More
