Everyone at the Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Paramus service center is absolutely wonderful. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I was not just as another client, but a more than anything, a valued customer. Sometimes in a business, there is that one particular person who stands out and sets the standard for what everyone should strive to be. That person, at this particular Chrysler Service Center, is Mr. Pedro Garcia. Mr. Garcia, in a friendly, warm manner, made sure that, not only I, but every customer who walked into the door was taken care of and and their concerns and needs were met. During our wait in the customer service lounge, he made sure everyone was comfortable and was enjoying the choice of movie he showed. Just before I left, we even discussed a suggestion I had for the customer service lounge. He was interested in what I had to say and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. We went in to buy two cars. We were told our financing was guarenteed. When we went to sign the final papers it turned out it wasn't true. Horrible service, they are a bunch of liars and thieves. I would nver go back again. Parking brake repair. I took it in 5 times assured it was taken care of each time. Have scheduled with Midas. They do not seem to know the regular quirks w/ their own brand. They also performed an un-needed repair (that had been done by someone else 8,000 miles earlier.) What a waste of money and time. Pretty much turned on the brand (we have two). We will give another dealership a shot, our previous one, Wyckoff Crysler/Plymouth was swept under the rug with the bankruptcy clear-out. They were far superior to Paramus but not in a location preferred by Fiat. Too bad. They really were five star. We will not ever re-visit The Route 4 dealership for any reason. Just terrible/filthy and disappointing for a brand we have loved and been loyal to. More

The employees at the dealership are very helpful and informative. I went to the dealership feeling very skeptical and as I sat there I became comfortable from the nice environment.I felt that my salesma informative.
