Service Department the worst. STAY AWAY. They tell you one thing then retract it later and say they never told you that.. They just pass you to different service advisors and STAY AWAY. Just awful service, overseen by a Service Manager who could not care less that the service is terrible. Sad that I have to post 1 star because 0 is not an option. Had an issue with AC Service, made an appointment to have the car seen and showed up early for the appointment. Was told upon arrival that the issue could not be diagnosed for 3-4 days. Asked what the point of the appointment was, and was told that it's just to "see the advisor so the advisor can then tell me when they can diagnose the problem". Told them I thought that was an awful way of doing business, Kolby, the service advisor, informed me that "400 cars in front of you don't seem to care". Asked to speak with the Service Manager, and told them they'd lost me as a customer, Brian, the Service Manager, responded that he didn't really care and then condescendingly told me to "have a blessed holiday" as he smirked at me and walked off. Went to the front desk to speak with the General Manager, and they couldn't even tell me when they would be arriving. Seems obvious there's no one overseeing anyone at the dealership, and their service is reflective of that. Take your car anywhere else, lots of places that value customer service, Dodge City McKinney is not one of them. More

Took my 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee trailhead in for a headlight flickering. Had to okay 247.00 up front. They told me the bulb needed to be replaced. Told me 757.00. I asked why so high. They said the p headlight flickering. Had to okay 247.00 up front. They told me the bulb needed to be replaced. Told me 757.00. I asked why so high. They said the part was 550.00. If I wanted to leave I had to lose 247.00. It ended up costing me 855.00 to replace headlight bulb here. That is the bulb only not the whole assembly. The service advisors were laughing at me because I was so upset. I cannot afford this who could??? I will never go back there. Horrible price gouging. Not fair to consumers. More
